Cook Islands Trust 1-800-830-1055 Many asset protection experts agree that the strongest asset protection tool in the world is the Cook Islands Trust. The Cook Islands are Located South of Hawaii and in the same time zone. It has the strongest asset protection case law history in the world. It is not just a theory but each time we have seen it tested by the courts it has protected the client’s assets Quite simply, local courts do not have jurisdiction over foreign trustees. The local court says, “Give me the money.” and in the Cook Island it falls on deaf ears. The, Cook Islands doesn’t recognize foreign judgements, so the trustee is bound by law to ignore that court order. I have been in the asset protection business for over 25 years. I teach seminars to attorneys, CPAs and business people, have over 40,000 clients and have established literally thousands of trusts and companies. So client can control day-to-day activities, we establish a limited liability company that is 100% owned by the trust. We establish the LLC in the Caribbean island of Nevis or in the Cook Islands, Itself. The client is the Manager of the Nevis LLC who controls the LLC assets and is the initial signatory on all accounts. Now,your assets need not be in the Cook Islands but can be in any financial institution in the world that offers a financial safe haven. When the “bad thing” happens, you can temporarily have the trustee step in as manager of the LLC. Now, the trustee is licensed and bonded. By licensed we mean they went through intensive background checks to get a license. By bonded we mean that the funds are insured. Plus we use a trustee we have know for over two decades. So, for client safety and peace of mind, the only time the trustee steps in is when the courts would take the money. So, the question that is asked is, “What would you rather have, a 100% chance of the money being taken by the courts? Or would you rather have a licensed, bonded trustee, who has never taken a client’s money, do what you have paid them to do….protect your money?” When the “bad thing” goes away the string of control – the management of the Nevis LLC – that’s inside of the trust - goes back to you and you are back in the driver’s seat with all of your money in-tact. In the meantime, during legal duress, if you have bills, the trustee can pay them for you. You can have the trustee pay a trusted friend or relative who provides money for you, etc. So you still have access to your money…but your enemy-at-law does not. The bottom line is that everything you’ve worked so hard for is safe and secure. The best asset protection the trust provides is for liquid assets held offshore. The US courts has jurisdiction over US bank accounts and real estate. So, you can put real estate in the company that’s owned by the trust…or record a lien against the property payable to the Nevis LLC. Then, when the bad thing happens it’s better to sell real estate or mortgage it to the hilt than lose it all together. We set up a lot of these trusts for attorneys. Then the attorneys mark them up three to five times our wholesale rate. So you can call us directly and you will be quite pleased. So if you have questions you can give us a call at 1-800-830-1055 or visit asset protection planners dot com.

Both readable and scholarly, it focuses on the laws of the member countries of the University of the South Pacific, which we list here: Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu. Three ethnicities predominate within the island groups of this vast region: Melanesians, Polynesians and Micronesians. Following an introductory chapter on the history and development of South Pacific law and jurisprudence, the book examines the framework of legal systems across this area, many of which are based on – or have specific links with -- the English common law. In one particular chapter for example, there is an illuminating discussion of the relationship between custom and customary law on the one hand and common law and equity on the other. Individual chapters cover all pertinent aspects of the law in this region, including administrative law, customary law, constitutional law, family law, contract law and torts law. There is much reference to legislative provisions and case law within individual jurisdictions. This new edition in handy paperback format has gone through extensive revision to incorporate the changes that have taken place since the last edition of 2011, including additional discussion of the laws of Papua New Guinea. Other new material covers mainly recent legislative developments that have occurred in, for example, Fiji and Samoa. Amendments to the constitution of courts in Marshall Islands, Tonga and Solomon Islands are discussed, together with other regional changes in the law. As the authors point out, interest in South Pacific law has been on the increase, although still under-researched -- and here is where this book obviously makes a valuable contribution. Extensively footnoted with almost seventy-five pages of tables of cases, legislation and constitutions, it excels as a work of reference, written -- fortunately -- in an accessible and readable style, with fascinating insights into the history and varied cultures of the South Pacific region. From students to seasoned practitioners, anyone interested in South Pacific law should regard this book as an essential purchase. The publication date is cited as at 2017.

Thanks for watching..... 1) Alofi 2) Hakupu 3) Avatele 4) Mutalau 5) Tuapa 6) Lakepa 7) Makefu 8) Liku 9) Hikutivake 10) Fatiau Niue is an island country in the South Pacific Ocean, 2,400 kilometres (1,500 mi) northeast of New Zealand within the triangle formed by Tonga (to the west), Samoa (to the north) and the Cook Islands (to the east). Its land area is 260 square kilometres (100 sq mi) and its population, predominantly Polynesian, is around 1,400. They commonly refer to the island as "the Rock", a reference to the traditional moniker "Rock of Polynesia".[citation needed] Niue is a self-governing state in free association with New Zealand, and most of its diplomatic relations are conducted by New Zealand on its behalf. Niueans are New Zealand citizens, and Queen Elizabeth II is head of state in her capacity as Queen of New Zealand. 90--95% of Niuean people live in New Zealand,[4] along with about 70% of the speakers of the Niuean language.[5] Niue is not a member of the United Nations, but its status as a freely-associated state has been accepted by UN organs as equivalent to independence for international law purposes.[6] Niue is a member of some UN Specialized Agencies. In 2003, Niue became the world's first "Wi-Fi nation", in which free wireless Internet access is provided throughout the country by The Internet Users Society-Niue. http://www.offshorecompanyregistration.ae/offshore-banking/offshore-bank-account Offshore bank account: Advantages, where to open, fund transfers, presence required Offshore bank account: Advantages 1. If you are residing in a country that does not have a freely convertible currency an offshore account allows easy travel. 2. You can use your offshore account to buy property or invest in shares and mutual funds. 3. There are many offshore funds that have higher yields because they are taxed at a lower rate. In most cases they are easier to buy via offshore accounts. 4. Offshore bank accounts are generally confidential. However make sure that your offshore tax haven hasn’t entered into a Tax Information Exchange Treaty (TIET) with your home country. Offshore bank account: Where to open There are over 40 countries that offer offshore bank account services by law. Some of the offshore centres that provide bank account services include Guernsey, Cayman Islands, Panama, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Belize. To provide an additional layer of protection between you and those seeking information about your activities, it is better to open the bank account in the name of an offshore company. Many offshore banks have minimum deposit requirements. Switzerland requires at least US$ 500,000. However UAE has a much lower minimum starting at US$ 10,000. Before you choose the country for your offshore account check: Know Your Client (KYC) documentation required Minimum deposit requirements Whether the offshore jurisdiction has a TIET agreement with your country Confidentiality laws of the offshore jurisdiction Offshore bank account: Funds Post 9/11 banks have become more leery of being prosecuted for money laundering and have become obsessive about the source of funds. They have become reluctant to take large cash deposits and will ask you questions about where your funds are coming from. Be aware that confidentiality doesn’t always mean that your transactions are known only to you. Offshore bank account: Presence In most instances your presence will be required at the time of bank account opening. This is part of the KYC due diligence undertaken by the banks. Seychelles and Mauritius don’t require your presence. Dubai, United Arab Emirates is also a tourist and business destination in addition to being an offshore center. Dubai also has many Swiss banks registered in its financial center. So if you travel to Dubai you are not obviously travelling to a tax haven. Many offshore banks allow internet banking and some also offer credit and debit cards. So you may only need to visit your bank occasionally.

Today it´s all about some heavy weights: the Cook Islands coin barrs in different sizes of 100g, 250g, 500g up to the 1kg bar. This special kind of silver bar has been invented in 2007 by minting a silver bar with all characteristics of a legal tender coin, so they could avoid paying the full tax height of 19% back then in Germany. Therefore they could offer the coin bar for a better price than a common silver bar that fell under the jurisdiction of the full tax level. After presenting the different sizes I´m showing a very practical feature of the coin bar series: the 250g, 500 g and 1 kg bars are identical in length and width and only differ in strength, so they can be ideally stacked on one another, if you want to store different sizes in the same place. Additional to this fact there are bigger 100-ounces and 5 kg bars, which also are of the same measurements in length and width to one another so the same fact applies to them, too. One thing I must tell you: the producer claims that the fineness of the bars is in fact close to .9999, even though the bars are stamped with .999 fineness. For me that does make little sense, cause it´s an important argument if you want to resale those. The highly refined bars of .9999-purity can be put into process directly from the industry. Thy .999-bars must first be refined again into a higher purity so they can be used for industrial purposes. Since the producer says he uses industrial grade granulate with a fineness of .9997 to .9999, they don´t always reach the highest fineness and are not allowed to stamp the .9999 purity on these bars. That´s a pity and a missed opportunity, if you ask me. Apart from that the bars are designed very detailed and beautiful and have a nice motive, the famous sail boat Bounty. They do have a certain potential of becoming collector´s items since you have to pay hefty premiums for older years already. Have fun watching the vid!

A’coins These fantastic new, specially-designed 24 carat gold Armillary coins (A’coins) are unique, fresh and modern in design. The multifunctional character of each of the four A’coins maintains the purpose of a CombiBarTM but includes a level of possible functions previously not obtained by any coin. Superb professional craftsmanship and the use of the latest technology has enabled Valcambi to create these new avant-garde A’coins. The round, 999.9 one-ounce piece of fine gold, an investment product with a hole in the middle, is in fact four ¼-ounce 999.9 legal tender gold coins issued by the Cook Islands. They are attached to each other in concentric circles, and can be twisted into a piece of art resembling an armillary sphere, or separated into four single ¼-ounce gold coins. The entire piece, as well as each individual coin, can be worn as a piece of jewellery. Background The Greek astronomer Hipparchus (ca. 190 – ca. 120 BCE) credited Eratosthenes (276 – 194 BCE) as the inventor of the armillary sphere. An armillary sphere is a model of the celestial globe constructed from rings and hoops representing the equator and other meridians, and able to revolve on its axis. The name of this device derives from the Latin armilla (circle, bracelet).

There´s news of the increasing popular coin series of the Cook Islands Bountry. This pure bullion coin has been minted in Germany from 2009 to 2013, being legal tender and licenced from the pacific Cook Islands nation. The rounds have been produced by the melter Heimerle & Meule and the coins have been minted at Göbel mint in Kaiserslautern, if all my infos are correct. Then in 2014 a changed tax law for PM coins became effective in Germany and bullion had to be minted outside of the EU to keep the status of reduced tax levels. So the production of the coins was outsourced to Sunshine mint in the USA. The Bounty has been minted in the sizes of 1 ounce, 1 kg, 1/2, 1/4th and 1/10th ounce, which leaves the smaller sizes almost alone in the market. Now the three smallest sizes are being minted 2015 with a fineness of 9999, which increases the four nine fine club again by one more member. There´s really something going on in this area... to my knowledge, these tiny treasures are the only bullions smaller than an ounce being minted in 9999 quality. So if you´re willing to pay the higher premiums for these small sizes and the 999 fineness of a comparable silver combi-bar is not high enough for your taste, these items will do fine for you, especially in tubes. Last addition on my behalft is the future selling argument I keep hearing from time to time, that the 9999 bullions can be used by the industry directly without an expensive refining process which makes them easier to resell if needed. Have fun watching the vid!
